The doubling cube

When to offer the cube — and when to accept.

What the cube does

The doubling cube starts at 1 and lives in the middle. Either player can offer to DOUBLE the stakes by passing it to the opponent. The opponent then either accepts (game value doubles) or declines (concede at the current value).
